My Story:

I am an activator and healer of souls. When I began my journey home to the sacred divine within myself, back into the realm of my true soul purpose, I sought clarity and healing in the life path I had chosen. I spent many years of my life working as a corporate executive, a path that left me seeking more meaning and purpose in my existence. My spiritual awakening and journey led me into the healing arts and what feels like home!

I am a certified as a Reiki Master, BodyMind Bridge Practicioner, Hypnotherapist and Sound Healer. I integrate each of these modalities into my practice, I call it the H.E.A.L method as it is designed to move you through a path of healing, expansion, and activation into remembrance of your own divine light and life force on a quantum level!

I knew in my soul that a higher purpose awaited my arrival, that all I desired was already there waiting for me, to support me in the next chapter of life. After leaving the corporate world, the many mentors, healers, teachers, experiences, and my own inner wisdom all came together to open my heart and connect me with my true soul work which I am passionate about sharing with the world.

I am trained in the Usui method as a Certified Reiki Master; however, my healing techniques are unique as the energy that I bring into my healing sessions is a vibration that only a few souls are born with the frequency to access and channel. A session with me involves opening a safe channel to pull in healing frequencies with a special team of Angels, Light Beings, Spirit Guides, Ascended Masters and Ancestors. Through me and the 13RAYZ of light they assist with deep soul healing and activation.

I believe that each human is born into this life with a soul code, a vibrational frequency that is their origin to source and coded with the gifts and light they have available to live in joy, ease, harmony, and love. Life experiences such as trauma and social programming can all interfere with this connection. My methodology assists in restoring your connection by reactivating your unique soul code so you can move back into alignment with it. What happens next is a deep healing process, with a potent expansion and activation sequence. The process deeply relies on an individual’s willingness to release, accept, heal and restore as this sequence occurs. Over time you will become more aligned to the vibrational frequency of your soul code and able to access all you were born into this life with to live abundantly and with ease.
